NOC Support Technician
Growing telecommunication provider looking for a junior networking professional to join the first level support in the NOC center.
Desired Skills:
CCNA, understanding of LAN, SIP trunks, T1s, PRIs, routing protocols,
Detailed Responsibilities:
Monitoring our core network and troubleshooting when service goes down
Troubleshooting web and email client/server issues, in addition to DNS
Troubleshooting various IP Data and Voice connection methods
Responsible for creating, working, documenting, and resolving trouble tickets
Responsible for ensuring timely updates to our clients and responses to inquiries
Responsible for adhering to repair escalations protocol
