TECHNICAL ARCHITECT - CRM/BPM SOFTWARE

100% Remote

The Position:

We are hiring a Technical Architect for a 12 month project with potential extension into 2018.

This position can sit 100% remote or onsite at one of our clients' locations in Minneapolis, Dallas or Atlanta.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience with PegaSystems PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features

Experience implementing or upgrading a PRPC based solution

Pega Smart Adjust experience a plus.

Pega Certified CSA, SSA, or LSA a plus (version 5.x)

3+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux OS

UNIX Processes – Process Modeling, Monitoring, states, batch processing, priorities

ksh – shell scripting and command entry, process control, customizing user environments

cron – scheduling, multitasking, batch commands

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Relational database skills including SQL, Oracle, and MySQL

Knowledge and experience with Oracle's PL/SQL (Procedural Language/Structured Query
Language).

Experience deploying to Web Sphere Application Server and in working with WS tools for analysis of application issues

Familiarity with workflow concepts

Experience in analysis, design, coding and testing of new procedures and modifications to existing systems

Experience with implementing, customizing, and integrating vendor software

Ability to conceptualize technical solutions to implement business requirements

Adherence to application development lifecycle procedures and standards is required

Experience with source code management and change control

Solid understanding of unit, integration, system and acceptance testing concepts, tools and best practices

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to work cohesively with team and staff in other Districts

Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent requests

Flexibility in accepting and independently delivering a variety of assignments with high
quality solutions.

An ability to learn new concepts and technical functions quickly

Ability to produce clear and accurate documentation:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent training and experience is required.

Pega Certified CSA, SSA, or LSA a plus (version 5.x) preferred

Banking Industry Experience preferred
