UX Designer – Interaction

Louisville, CO

Permanent Hire

UX Designer needed on a full time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will produce work that is energetic, clean, articulate, and affording of the user's context.

A collaborator with a passion for UX, interaction design and motion design language.

Passion for running, cycling or swimming is big plus and is rewarded within the culture of the company.

There are a few product design positions open at different levels of experience and skill, but an honest self-assessment is required and must be demonstrated with your current body of work and portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Client and design the motion interaction language for the journey of our users

Utilize user-centered design, current interaction design trends/conventions and best

design practices to inform the interaction design

Work closely with product and engineering teams to build cohesion around the goals of

the users and the business

Design successful product experiences as part of an integrated engineering, product,

design, and marketing team

Identify and articulate user needs, build testable prototypes and iterate based on results

Help define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for your product area

Define interaction models, user flows, and UI specifications

Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and coherence across

the product as appropriate

Requirements:

Responsive interaction design - wireframes, visual mockups, prototypes

Information architecture

Utilize user-centered design, current trends and best design practices to inform the

interaction design

Experience with usability testing methods and implementation

Experience designing and building products/features for mobile or desktop, native or

web platform environments and understanding their conventions

Passion for identifying and solving real user problems

An ability to tell compelling stories about your designs and present your work with

confidence and conviction

Ability to set priorities, effectively communicate progress for project dependencies and

deliver on time

Portfolio of work is required

Skilled in Adobe CC, Sketch, Inovision and other design tools

A big plus for HTML and CSS

And even bigger plus for JS experience
