QA Tester

Direct Hire Opportunity - $60,000 - $80,000/year

West Bloomington, MN

Job Summary: This position includes the Quality Assurance (QA) of in-store systems and to serve as the resident expert of the Client/Radiant POS system, and in that capacity advise the business as to capabilities and limitations of the system as well as provide procedural information and support business users.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintenance of the Retail Lab

Maintain in-store system technology expertise

Plan, prepare and schedule physical lab resources

Analyze software and hardware for business requirement compatibility

Analyze business requests for business requirements

Create and perform QA user acceptance test cases

Validate completion and results of user acceptance tests performed other departments

Identify, analyze, document and facilitate issue resolutions

Recreate and analyze production issues

Analyze, document and communicate test results

Document software and hardware installation, usage, and support requirements

Participate in upgrades, pilot and beta test for in-store systems

Work directly and collaboratively with vendors and company employees at all levels

Train and support internal training personnel, support personnel, and other business users

Required Experience:

2 - 3 years of software quality assurance with a focus on user acceptance testing

Expertise in analysis and problem solving

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
