Technical Data Analyst

$95,000 - $110,000/year

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage data driven insight & analysis using Google Analytics and KeyNote

Acquire knowledge of business processes, business objectives and applications of the client program.

Proactively manage, publish and discuss the Service Level performance and compliance with the client.

Work with the technical design teams (from all disciples) to refine technical functional solutions based on the features, architecture and constraints of the relevant platforms.

Communicate with the business community on technical design options and costs.

Consult with the business at the highest technical level on all phases of Application Development lifecycle.

Conduct pre-sales assessment and proposed solution activities with prospective clients.

Cultivate relationships with clients to manage ongoing and future projects.

Participate in 3rd level on call rotation and help drive the delivery of root cause analysis for client impacting incidents.

Position Requirements:

Possesses strong relationship management skills and can act as a single point of contact for clients on all technical-related matters.

8+ years of technical experience in system analysis and/or application program development.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to mine, collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Reporting package experience a plus

In-depth knowledge of technologies including SQL, XML and web application concepts.

Demonstrated understanding of data modeling techniques and concepts.

Requires ability to understand the client area’s functions and systems.

Demonstrated ability to understand and recommend implementation strategies for n-tier technology (i.e. micro services, Service Oriented Architecture, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to understand web design standards (i.e. use-ability, user flow, design efficiencies, etc.)

Keynote & Google Analytics (mobile app quality and performance monitoring) experience, or similar, strongly preferred, but not required.
