Job Description
Senior Technical Manager
Primary Responsibilities
Provides input on the technical planning, design, and implementation of client solutions
Provides leadership and technical guidance to all levels of personnel regarding project implementation and day-to-day service-related items
Participates in and leads internal targeted technical training initiatives to grow and develop the skills of junior analysts
Liaison between internal engagement, project and service centers to ensure quality control and overall client satisfaction
Act as high level technical consultant on project implementations, as well as existing client network infrastructure
Participates in strategic planning for solutions, services, and product development
Participates in cross-department meetings to provide high-level technical solutions
Effectively communicates internally and externally on high-level technical issues
Criteria for Success
8+ years of experience in the technology industry
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher for Routing and Switching or Security
VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) or Expert (VCIX)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) (Server, Private Cloud)
Implementation experience with any of the following technologies:
SAN Hardware Client StoreVirtual, Dell Compellent, or Equalogic
Office 365 migration experience
Cloud platforms Azure, Amazon Web Services
MDM solutions Mobile Iron, Airwatch
Third Party Applications Not Accepted
