Job Description

Job Overview:

The Senior Associate IT Ops Analyst will provide end users guidance and second level support by assisting in problem resolution.

The Analyst works with both on-site and remote users with production problems and inquiries.

The Analyst is tasked with complying with all the policies and procedures associated with IT Service Management.

This position will analyze and assist in solving problems which are interfering with the timely completion of work by the company's employees in person, by telephone or via email.

The Analyst is challenged to establish and resolve problems that may require additional research.

This position is challenged with maintaining credibility with the clients to ensure eventual resolution of issues.

The position will work directly with vendors, and the infrastructure team on new sites and existing site expansions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Information Technology preferred).

• 2+ years of previous experience.

• Previous experience supporting applications such as MS Office, VPN, and various 3rd applications utilized by internal clients.

• Previous experience creating new users, modifying existing users, editing group policies in Active Directory.

• Previous experience in new hardware buildouts and imaging.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years previous experience with a strong customer service background preferred.

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.

• Effective interpersonal skills with high analytical and problem solving abilities.

• Prior experience at plant location would be helpful
