We are looking for a Voice Biometrics Application Developer to work in an enterprise level environment. This person will be responsible for providing technical and risk requirements to support a biometric request for proposal. They will also participate, review and contribute to vendor selections and complex planning initiatives as well as negotiate at a senior level with vendors and other internal teams to ensure expedient and efficient delivery of solutions. They will need to produce quality documentation to support the planning and implementation of target state solutions. The ideal candidate will need to partner with corporate architecture teams to ensure interoperability of solutions with other internal and vendor delivered products. Overall they will design, develop and implement customer solutions and integrations to challenging problems that could include software development or engagement of outside professional services to deploy. Requirements 4+ years of experience in Call Recording or Passive Contact Center technologies Expertise in implementation of Voice Biometric Solutions (AuthentVoiceication and Fraud Detection) Database Administration experience with MS SQL Experience coding in Java VoIP/SIP data capture and filtering experience Knowledge and experience with network architecture and latency impacts to platforms. Understanding of client software deployment on virtual machines. Experience with coding/scripting in JAVA is a plus. Knowledge with physical and virtual server builds and understand how clustering is done. Knowledge on Contact Center Call Flow Process and Architecture (Genesys/Avaya/Cisco) Experience with SCRUM or similar agile SDLC methodologies.
