Entry Level Network Operations Engineers (2)

Entry Level Network Operations engineers to help support a growing client base.

This is an entry level position that reports to our Network Operations Manager.

You will be on a team of Network Operations Engineers that support a client base 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

We are looking for individuals whom are problem solvers eager to learn new technologies and grow.

Ideal candidates will be those looking to work in a team environment to successfully address challenging network computing issues.

Candidates should be familiar with:

Cisco Network Operations Support

Experience with Cisco data centers

Demonstrated experience in both networking as well as Wintel environments from a network operations center

Basic Cisco Call Manager experience CCM or CUCM such as, Adding phones, Reassigning extensions, Basic Cisco Unity experience, Adding / deleting voicemail accounts and Resetting passwords

Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor network issues in the LAN and WAN networks and work with multiple application and system teams to identify bottlenecks and other network configuration issues.

Basic knowledge of network routing such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, TCP/IP

Cisco Nexus switches is a plus+++

Minimum Skills Desired:

Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA or CCNP

Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice CCNA Voice

Must be well spoken, detail oriented, dependable and flexible

Passion for teamwork, learning new technologies, problem solving and exceptional customer

service.
