Job Description
Overview:
Monitor various aspects of our portfolio of service stations and complete periodic reviews of performance submitted to the various levels of management and executive management.
Work with respective levels of management and executive management on potential capital investment, acquisition, and divestment opportunities.
Primary Finance team participant responsible for extensive and thorough analysis of proposed projects; including review of company, industry, historical and projected financial statements and development of profitability, scenario, and sensitivity analyses.
Additionally, he/she will work to create or enhance various KPI's, process improvement initiatives and benchmarking projects of expected performance to plan.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual company overviews and financial performance summaries up to and including individual site analytics.
Help create and generate reports and data that will be valuable to the management team.
Also, help and support the team to identify optimum strategies for all classes of trades down to single business units. Work with Accounting Managers to retrieve data timely and efficiently.

Develop and present cash flow analysis on acquisitions, capital expenditures and other potential opportunities.
Deliver timely, error free analysis and reporting to management
Produce and analyze periodic operational, divisional and financial performance reports, including flux analysis on key accounts and operational drivers influencing business performance
Provide project and financial support and analysis to Executive team
Assist in development and implementation of processes and procedures to enhance team contribution
Work with Finance and Accounting teams on projects to support other areas of the company, including development of financial models and reports
Provide support in preparation of the Annual financial budget and work towards developing a re-forecasting process
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting
5 to 7 years of related experience including a solid understanding of financial reporting, project management skills and a proven ability to work across functions within an organization
Excellent analytical and modeling skills essential
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in database query skills required, experience with SAP EPM, HFM, Hyperion reporting systems desirable
Able to effectively communicate, including written and oral, with Accounting, IT Resources, and Operations, across all levels of the organization
Must possess high degree of professionalism, adaptability, integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a very strong plus
