Developer - Intermediate

6 month Contract-to-Hire

Hopkins, MN

Be a key Development Team technical expert analyzing, designing, developing and delivering technology to support a multitude of applications, including; web, client server, batch processing, portal applications, transactions and data and data warehouse architecture.

The ideal candidate has a 4 year degree, good energy, strong communication / people skills, and the desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

Experience with any CRM system a plus

Build solutions in MS Dynamics

Workflow configuration and development in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Intermediate coding in C# and Web Services

Experience with any document management system a plus

Create business process automation workflows

Intermediate coding in C#

Build web forms

OCR/ICR understanding a plus

Create technical and design documents both independently and in close collaboration with senior development staff to meet business and IT requirements. Translate requirements into Functional and Technical Specifications.

Use established standards for frameworks and technologies within IT (Java, C#, PL/SQL, CSS, Informatica, etc.) to program and build out n-tier applications and services.

Create robust applications and services through unit testing (including the use of mock objects and test harnesses) to validate that individual units of source code are working as expected.

Perform integration testing and system testing

Support QA testing life-cycle including root cause analysis and resolution.

Requirments:

Relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle, Stored Procedures, DTS packages, etc.

Working knowledge of Java, PL/SQL, Web Services, C#, ASP, JavaScript/AJAX, XML, HTML,

Experience implementing one or more of the following protocols/standards - HTTP, HTTPS, SOAP.

Strong working knowledge of integration technologies such as Web Services and messaging systems

Certification in MS, Java, Informatica, SQL, Oracle is a plus.
