APPLICATION SUPPORT – TIER 1 Seeking a Tier 1 Application Support Specialist to join an established and growing IT team. This Applications Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with the processing of end user support tickets, where possible, and escalating those that can't be addressed to the appropriate application team . Requests will be responded to or actioned on in a timely and effective manner and that end users will receive an excellent customer-focused experience. The applications will all be internal and primarily for the HR Team. Qualifications 1-year functional HR or support experience OR Minimum 1 year prior HRIS/HRMS, database or system administration experience required. Previous experience working within a help desk or service desk ServiceNow experience is ideal to have but not required Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to self-direct work Effectively multi-task and meet deadlines Ability to maintain confidential employee information Attention to detail High school diploma or GED required. BS/BA preferred. Case tracking system experience preferred Third Party Applications Not Accepted
