Service Desk Specialist Position Summary: The IT Support Specialist is responsible for performing analytical, technical, and administrative work in the installation of new and support of existing computer systems and workstations; troubleshoots and resolves issues with computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization in response to user reported incidents; trains end users in the use of equipment and software; performs general IT maintenance tasks. Qualifications/Required Skills: 3 5 years’ experience working a service desk environment Windows 7/8.1/10 support 3 -4 years required (MCSA Windows 7 preferred) Seasoned Active Directory support required MAC support required (Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) preferred) IOS support experience required SCCM experience required ITIL Foundations Preferred Citrix XenApp and Xendesktop experience preferred Other considerations: Worked in a high end and demanding support environment like law firms, consulting firms or the big finance houses. Impeccable soft and communication skills (very polished) Willing to work in a business attired environment (Suit and Tie and Dress Suits)
