We are looking for a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture who is looking for their next big challenge!

Responsibilities:

Lead a mature, multidisciplinary team towards timely and satisfactory delivery of all
software deliverables within WDVGL

Lead software architecture discussions with other techno/functional experts including data scientists, domain experts, product managers and other technical architects

Continuously refine WDVGL's Agile software development framework to improve team efficiency and product quality

Be an active participant and thought leader in product ideation and planning discussions

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business, MIS, or related field

At least 15 years of software development experience in Agile and Waterfall settings

At least 5 years' experience working in consulting and/or pre-sale solutioning roles

At least 5 years' experience managing small to mid-size (10 to 20 member) teams

Experience working in early stage start-ups as well as large organizations

Experience with cloud based big data and parallel computing architecture

Strong understanding of SOA and microservices based applications architectures

Familiarity with business process orchestration platforms such as Pega and Appian

Experience designing advanced data analytics and machine learning applications

Experience with version control and CI/CD tooling

Able to effectively communicate, present ideas and facilitate meetings at the CxO level

Upstream Oil and Gas industry experience will be a significant advantage
