Senior Application Archtect

Responsibilities

Work closely with the business and functional teams to determine capability needs and architect solutions (end)to)end) to meet client needs.

Provide technical leadership on multiple development efforts through the full life-cycle.

Define critical data models for each system and ensure that the data models align to the firm’s enterprise data strategy.

Design, document, and evangelize architecture standards and policies which enable business agility through the sharing of data sets and enterprise infrastructure.

Manage core master data directory (MDD) by developing data feeds and integration points for all firm applications.

Ability to write backend code and web services to encapsulate complex business logic within a large framework of object oriented and service oriented code.

Proven success leading software update projects and new system implementations.

Technical Skills

Experience managing, designing, and building databases including writing stored procedures and views.

Excellent SQL coding skills and knowledge of database concepts and Microsoft SQL Server.

Strong technical skills in middleware, integration, security, cloud, deployment and configuration.

IIS 8+ configuration and management.

Administration and development in Sharepoint 2013/2016 a plus.

Familiarity with technical functionality of core technologies and is experienced using the following tools or technologies to manage and develop applications:

Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Project

IntApp Integration Builder, SSIS

Ability to create a complex process flow diagrams

Qualifications

4-year degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise and information architecture and data design (relational and dimensional modeling).

Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in application development (configuration and information delivery).
