Job Description

Cash Management Processing and Implementation

Responsibilities:

Provide customer support related to a designated client base.

Develop an understanding of client day to day needs and provide support relating to cash management products including: Online Banking, Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive
Pay and ACH Origination.

Support Implementation team with the onboarding of new clients and maintenance of current client base.

Duties include opening accounts, proper management of client documentation, and communication with partner banks relating to new product implementations.

Interact with Relationship managers to support client base and respond to day to day issues.

Prepare, check, and confirm daily and monthly Operations system reports.
Utilize third party systems to answer client inquiries and monitor bank to bank transactions.

Interact with third party processors to insure proper transaction posting, file transmissions, and totals.

Monitor internal payment processes, respond to and manage reconciliation issues while having the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.

Maintain Compliance standards. Understand basic BSA/AML, OFAC concepts and requirements.

Conduct risk management activities to document fraud and any related losses to the bank.

Document daily procedures and identify process improvements to streamline Operations workflow.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in area of finance, accounting or related degree

3 years Cash Management/ Treasury experience

Working knowledge of corporate cash management products such as Lockbox, Remote Deposit
Capture, and Positive Pay

Familiarity with payment files such as NACHA and SWIFT

Experience working in financial services.

Understand BSA/AML, OFAC concepts and requirements.

Knowledge of Share Point is a plus

Knowledge of BNYM Cash Mgmt Systems is a plus
