Job Description
Customer Service Specialist
OVERVIEW
Customer Service Specialists create a pleasant and engaging experience for resort customers through inbound and outbound call efforts, complete site reservation transactions and home reservations, vacation enhancers and upgrades.
JOB DUTIES
Field incoming web chats and phone calls from the resort hotline.
Guide incoming callers through the reservation process.
Guide customers through the customer experience process.
Educate guests on resort location, amenities and bookings.
Ensure a positive customer experience by effectively managing the site rental process
through inbound and outbound calls and Sales Force lead software which includes reservations, reservation payments, and retaining knowledge of the resort and its amenities.
Work with existing customers to obtain potential new customers through referral programs.
Maximize sales by extending the stays of customers, reserving future bookings, and
selling vacation enhancers.
Meet and/or exceed all reservation goals as assigned.
Adhere to all company policies regarding inbound and outbound calls.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Education (some HS education required)
Minimum of 1-year sales and customer service experience, preferred
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
