Job Description

Job Functions:
- In-person and over-the-phone technology troubleshooting in a helpdesk environment
- Basic telecom and network troubleshooting
- Monitor systems, processes, and/or projects - identifying potential problems or needs for correction
- Resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently, escalating as appropriate and pushing through to completion as often as possible
- Respond quickly to customer requests and make independent decisions that have a positive impact on daily customer operations
- Participate in weekly QA review of support request metrics and call metrics
- Participate in on-call after-hours rotation to provide necessary business support when required
- Identify and interpret requirements, needs, and problems within assigned work teams
- Collaborate with Technology team on strategy-driven projects; participate in special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years of experience supporting end users utilizing a ticket tracking system in a Windows environment; Office 365 & Windows 7+
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Avaya and Salesforce (power user) highly preferred
- MS Office proficiency and BA/BS or equivalent work experience
