CONTRACT RECRUITER

Shakopee, MN

6+ month contract

We are hiring a Contract Recruiter who will join the our Client’s recruiting team for the Americas!

What You’ll Do:

Developing innovative recruiting strategies and creative approaches to direct sourcing, cold calling, competitor research, internet search, networking and referrals, as well as traditional sourcing methods

Identify, assess, evaluate and present top talent

Responsible for keeping timely and accurate candidate tracking records in the applicant tracking system

Assist in the management of third party recruiting agency referrals and relationships

Act as recruiting subject matter expert, provide coaching on recruiting processes and practices

Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices and procedures

Ensuring compliance with appropriate employment laws, regulations and corporate policies

Provide EEO compliance data and other reports as required

Skills/Experience You’ll Need:

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on mid to senior roles in sales and enterprise support roles (finance, marketing, legal)

2+ years industry recognized applicant tracking system experience

Proven Ability to/with:

Build and execute pro-active sourcing strategies

Exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques

Work effectively where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations

Influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

Prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
