Program Manager

Short Term Contract

Downtown Denver

Program Manager needed to help run complex merger of two companies' systems.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working with Merger and Acquisition, Business services and Integrations.

This is an opportunity to work with a fast growing software as a service company with autonomy and really make an impact from a PM standpoint.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field

- 5+ years of Project Management / Program management experience, preferably IT Project Management

- Minimum 3 years' experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes

- Proficient knowledge of G-suite. I.E Gmail, Docs, Drive and Calendar for Business

- Budgeting and Scheduling experience

- PMP is preferred

Responsibilities:

- Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.

- Identify resources and schedule for project/program implementation.

- Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.

- Plans and schedules project deliverables, goals, and milestones.

- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

- Directs and oversees project team and manages conflicts within group.

- Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.

- Manages change orders expectations, and deliverables.

- Effectively applies our project management methodology and enforces project standards.

- Helps to minimize exposure and risk on a project.

- Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk.

- Designs and maintains technical and project documentation.

- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
