Accounting Manager

Dallas, TX

Fast-paced international organization searching for an Accounting Manager due to growth!

Responsibilities

· Plan and organize timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end close

· Ensure timely reporting of managerial financial information

· Mentor, manage and teach a team of 3-4 staff accountants; collaborate across multiple business line and communicate frequently with senior leadership

· Prepare journal entries, financial analyses and reconciliations, assisting controller with special projects including reporting

· Cash flow files, P&L statements, Balance sheet statements

· Assist with annual audits, bank audits of international offices

· Ad hoc reports

Requirements

· 5+ years of accounting experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required

· Masters and/or CPA preferred

· Advanced Excel, Major ERP system

· Multi-company business experience, international experience a plus

· Knowledge of various accounting functions such as AP, AR, fixed assets, cash flow and revenue

· Display ability to self-manage and work in a collaborative environment

· Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to lead team

· Interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
