Our client offers proprietary analytics to significantly improve our clients' recoveries in unconventional reservoirs.

We are a fully integrated service provider with an in-house rock laboratory, and a broad multi-disciplinary team with domain experts in petroleum engineering, geology, petrophysics, geomechanics, data science, and software development.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will be responsible for accelerating, further developing, and deploying our analytics-based SaaS platform to support our managed service offering to assist clients in full-field acreage development

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple concurrent high visibility software development projects

Deliver timely product releases to market within budget and above quality expectations

Ensure adoption of appropriate Agile methodologies and best practices

Create alignment across the organization to refine the software roadmap

Foster a collaborative environment across teams and functions

Qualifications:

BA or BS or equivalent experience is required; MA or MS is a plus

PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent certification

10+ years managing software programs with 50+ combined headcount

10+ years managing multiple concurrent work streams

Expert knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Experience administering project management tools such as Jira, Rally etc.

Experience implementing agile best practices in data science heavy environments

Technical depth with ability to participate in architecture discussions

Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching and team building

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Upstream Oil & Gas industry

Experience working with big data and machine learning applications

Experience with cloud-based software deployments
