Job Description
Technical Service-IT Product Specialist
Support the implementation and servicing of software product solutions and systems.
Responsibilities
Perform system installations, upgrades, updates, patches, and service to procedure and standards. Both remotely and on-site.
Completes and submits assigned administrative tasks including Case ticketing, CRM updates, Training, System Build and Testing Documentation, expense reporting.
Support for server OS such as Windows 2008/2012/2016.
Requirements
Bachelors, Associates or relative technical field experience
MCSE certification preferred.
Experience working with and troubleshooting Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016 and Microsoft
Windows 7/10 platforms, Microsoft Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, configuring and maintaining anti-virus software, Windows Updates, Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able and willing to travel up to 5% of the time.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to carry equipment
Strong communication and customer skills
