CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - BILINGUAL

FLOWER MOUND, TX

CONTRACT-TO-HIRE

POSITION:

ICS has partnered with a client in the Insurance industry who is looking for an energetic, customer service-driven Customer Service Representative, who is fluent in English and Spanish.

This person will join the Policy Service team in Flower Mound, TX! The representative will provide exemplary customer service in a fast-paced, high call volume environment.

The ideal candidate will display effective time management and sound decision-making abilities; plus be an advocate for the company’s brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ years of experience in a customer service position; face-to-face or call center

Fluent in both English and Spanish

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs

Demonstrated success of problem solving and working under pressure

Ability to work well with diverse groups and act as a team player

Promotes a favorable company image to the public

Strong written, editing, grammatical, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrates a high degree of judgment and discretion
