Customer Service Representative - Banker Our client is seeking an experienced banking professional / personal banker responsible for successful business development and excellent customer service to join our Locust Valley Market Branch. CSR is a member of the branch management team and works as Officer in Charge, oversees Teller staff and independently opens and closes branch as scheduled. Supports branch management with business development initiatives, branch operations and regulatory compliance Identifies opportunities to sell Bank products and services to new and existing customers Delivers excellent customer service; researches and responds to customer inquiries Supports Teller staff; works as Teller as needed Requirements Minimum 3+ years related retail banking experience with responsibility to open / close branch; platform experience in a commercial bank preferred Demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding business development goals In-depth knowledge of bank products and services Working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance and audit requirements Outstanding customer service skills; prior teller experience Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office College degree or equivalent combination of experience and education Ability to travel to different branch locations when needed.
