IT HELPDESK ENGINEER Downtown Dallas, TX Short-Term Contract Our national real estate client is in need of a Level 3 Helpdesk/Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer for an open-ended contract. The ideal candidate will truly believe in customer service and require very little ramp up time. We are looking for a true support consultant who can hit the ground running from Day 1! What You'll Do/Experience You'll Need: Ability to work in a fast-paced, helpdesk environemt Resolving tickets in a timely manner Supporting and troubleshooting hardware Successfully running and troubleshooting virus scans Basic end user connectivity and software support Installing and troubleshooting software Installing and troubleshooting network printers Mobile phone configuration and support Create scan folders for network printers Excellent customer service skills Additional software, hardware and infrastructure support as needed Technical Environment: Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016 Microsoft Windows XP/7/10 Active Directory/Exchange Real Estate systems (i.e. Yardi, Real Page, etc) Google for Business
