IT SUPPORT ENGINEER Our client in Downtown Dallas is in need of a Level 1/2 Helpdesk and Desktop Support Technician. This position will include both remote phone support and hands-on, desk side support. The ideal candidate will truly believe in customer service and customer satisfaction, while striving to continually grow technically. In addition to the technical requirements, we are looking for someone who is reliable, takes initiative and is a true team player! RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS Printer and Scanner setup Ability to clean and scan PCs Re-image PCs Ability to troubleshoot network issues remotely Setting up Network Attached Storage Systems Install and support MS Office Install and support software Password Resets Trouble shooting Viruses IE Compatibility issues Mobile phone configuration and support Experience working with a Help Desk ticketing system Provide 1st and 2nd level support Excellent customer service! TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT: Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013 Microsoft Windows XP/7 Active Directory/Exchange Real Estate systems (i.e. Yardi)
