Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Manager with public accounting and/or other professional client service/consulting experience.

You will help drive growth initiatives for the firm and enjoy a dynamic/changing environment with opportunities for rapid career development by working on diverse projects.

The candidate must be available to travel up to 50%, as needed.

Responsibilities:

Form, direct and motivate teams on various consulting projects

Direct consulting engagements from planning through delivery

Develop solutions - Independent thinker, quick on your feet

Drive results and direct quality

Communicate at all levels

Understand and direct client expectations

Train and develop team members

Required Skills/Certifications:

5 to 10 years of accounting experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business

Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS

Solid technical and analytical skills

Outstanding knowledge of Excel and technology skills

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

More than 2 years’ experience in public accounting, consulting, or large company training program

CPA certification

Industry experience in either Public or Private companies
