Automation QA – Selenium, Cucumber, Start-up/SaaS Product

Minneapolis, MN

$75,000 - $100,000 base range DOQ

This established, global, highly profitable SaaS tech company is looking to add 2 Jr / Mid-level Automation QA's to their product development team.

We are looking for "startup” mentality resources who are quick learners, motivated to learn new technology and able to be resourceful and collaborative at the same time!

Looking for 1 – 5 years of recent Automation QA experience within a product team, start-up company, or similar environment!

We are NOT looking for highly experienced individuals – we want Junior to mid-level experience ( under 7 years of total IT experience )

Selenium

Cucumber

Develop Automation Frameworks

Responsible for platform integration including continuous Integration (CI)

Creating Test Plans

Experience with automation/programming languages and frameworks (Selenium WebDriver)

Experience with testing frameworks, such as JUnit/TestNG; and scripting languages Python,
knowledge of Cucumber, CapaBara, Sauce Labs

Convert manual quality scripts to automated scripts using mainly Gherkin scripting language and enhancing Automation

Implement test cases to verify web-based security vulnerabilities.

Will be responsible for current Regression and validation with CICD & Smoke validation

Dev Ops experience would be a big plus.

The profile needs to have DevOps tool Shell script, Chef, Puppet. Python/Ruby and need to
have DevOps language and can kick off jobs and can troubleshoot issues.

Can debug and maintain scripts & Chef & puppet recipes

Need to maintain code and deploy/rollback on need basis

SOAP, API, Micro-services, Restful understanding is nice

Web application development exposure is ideal

Strong knowledge of OOO programming – Java is ideal
