For this position we are looking for a Technology Support Analyst II who is responsible for day-to-day support of PC hardware and software.
This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading of personal computers and related systems.
The candidate must have strong analytical skills and the ability to operate in extreme high pressure situations, successfully handle multiple priorities and possess a high level of discipline while remaining flexible.
We are looking for a candidate with 3-4 years of relevant experience as well as a bachelor's degree, preferably in technology.
There is currently a team on-site in our Houston office that provides support so the candidate must be able to interact and collaborate in a team environment.
The hours vary between a 7.5 hour schedule (8:30-5:00, 9:00-5:30, etc.)
