Job Description

An e-commerce marketplace is taking its compliance program to the next level and bringing on new talent.

They are looking for a Compliance & Security Program Manager.

The Manager will be the main point of contact and communication between the engineers and the compliance department.

The Manager will oversee communication between all the business lines regarding maintaining the integrity and strength of the regulatory framework and technology that keeps the firm together.

The Manager will:

Manage implementation and integration projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams,

Support engineering by taking compliance's needs, and, enlisting the help of engineering, translating those needs into actionable, easily consumed activities grounded in good engineering principles

Interface with all teams within the organization but focused on tracking and coordinating integration efforts with Engineering, third party service providers/vendors, QA and
Product to adhere to implementation timeframes

Oversee projects from raw need through to post-mortem

Perform, assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction

COMPLIANCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

5+ years of direct experience using, designing or managing systems and processes for payments (PCI), regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering, fraud and account
monitoring

Experience with working at a financial institution

Experience implementing regulatory and data controls

Working knowledge of payments, operational workflows, reporting and how it drives decisions

PROJECT & TEAM SKILLS NEEDED:

5+ years of both people and project leadership and management

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to analyze and process high volumes of information and prepare meaningful management reports using both spreadsheets and business intelligence tools

Proven track record of building trust and credibility between business and engineering partners

TECH SKILLS NEEDED:

5+ years of related experience planning, designing and rolling out back-office business applications, particularly Compliance systems

Proven track record of delivering complex in-house software, API and SAAS integration projects

Experience performing API mapping and data modeling a plus

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and software troubleshooting skills

BONUS:

Experience with customer support and/or general operations in an e-commerce / marketplace.

PMP, CISA and CAMS

Computer science or engineering degree

Strong data analysis skills, including a working knowledge of SQL and/or Looker
