Server Applications/Windows Support Technician
ICS is working with a Fortune 500, industry leading financial institution in Chicago Il. looking for a Strong Server Application and Windows Server Support technician.

Technical Qualifications:
§ 3-5 years' experience and strong skills in supporting Server / Application / Desktop Virtualization technologies (Citrix) and Large-Scale environments; certification is preferred
§ 3-5 years' experience and proven ability to support Microsoft Windows server environment (AD, DNS, DHCP, Client, Group Policies, IIS, File, Print Service, App-V, etc.); certification is preferred
§ Thorough understanding of Citrix Xen Desktop 7x> and Familiarity of thin terminal management (Wyse, Client and eLux Thin Manage) products
§ Thorough understanding of Citrix XenApp 6.5 and 7.x products, Citrix Provisioning Services, Policies, Load Balancing, Store front, Cert renewals, and IMA / FMA Architecture
§ Proficient with Citrix NetScalar (Install, Configuration and Management), Cert renewals etc.
§ Familiarity with standard enterprise applications such as MS SQL 2005/2008, Tivoli, SCOM, SharePoint, Splunk, etc.
§ Basic understanding of SAN, Networking, Security, and Backup Technologies.
§ Familiarity with quality assurance and systems testing protocols in a complex technical environment
§ Proficiency with standard desktop applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Word
§ Scripting and automation (PowerShell/Python) skills are required
Working Knowledge Citrix Architecture as VDI Operations
