Job Description:
A national security company is seeking a Customer Retention Representative in their Long Island City office.
Responsibilities:
Contact and identify the reason the customer has indicated they no longer desire or need company services.
Reassure the customer that we will work diligently to resolve outstanding issues.
Coordinate sales and operational efforts to resolve problems, while updating the customer on progress towards a resolution.
Work closely with Sales, Service and Installation Team Managers to develop a resolution plan.
Document and track progression and results of saving or reinstating customer accounts. Inform sales reps of latest sales policies, techniques, pricing, equipment and technology.
Follow company policies and procedures while executing day to day functions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 yr customer service experience.
Strong communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
