Job Description

Senior .Net Developer

The Senior Software Developer will have an emphasis in C#, JavaScript, and MS SQL.

The Senior .Net Developer will primarily be responsible for the development and maintenance of a platform used to manage hardware devices such as ATM’s and cashless payment terminals.

The candidate will be part of a team migrating the solution to a microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

Develop new features utilizing .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and other tools as needed

Perform maintenance on existing codebase

Participate in code reviews and platform security assessments.

Collaborate with business and technical partners

Work closely with local and remote Engineering teams to ensure device functionality and proper operation of the payment solution.

Desired Skills & Experience

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

Minimum 5 years software development experience using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript and SQL

Knowledge of windows services, relevant events, and batch processing concepts

Knowledge of other databases systems beneficial.

Experience with JAVA a plus

Previous experience in with the payment industry beneficial.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with Agile software development

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket a plus

Knowledge of microservices concepts desired
