What You'll Do Develop technical proficiency with the TrackIt SaaS telematics application and associated technologies, such as Mobile Device Management (MDM). Lead information sharing sessions reviewing customer configurations with TrackIt and electronic logging applications. Manage regular cadence review calls with top accounts and maintain status reports to track progress. Provide technical oversight with new product launches and customer pilots. Upsell add-on features such as engine data or payroll export and enter leads in the CRM system. Grow customer relationships to strengthen account retention. Proactively reach out to share new features and review value to the business. Assist with customer case studies. Who You Are College degree in business or a related field Interested in technology and continual learning Proficient in MS Office Skilled communicator, both verbal and written Exceptional decision-making and problem- solving skills Good Organizational skills Ability to work well with other departments Technical knowledge of product a plus Knowledge of project management or account management is a plus
