IT BUSINESS ANALYST

DIRECT HIRE POSITION

DALLAS, TEXAS

POSITION:

ICS is hiring an IT Business Analyst with Oracle ERP knowledge; specifically with the Oracle Cloud Financials modules.

The IT Business Analyst will function as a project lead for upcoming migration and integration projects.

The IT Business Analyst will help lead an ERP conversion project so ERP integration and/or implementation experience is highly preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Understand business needs and reporting requirements.

Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting

Properly follow and train others on change control procedures

Help bridge any system gaps to solve functional and operational challenges using technology solutions

Liaison with business users, Oracle Support service requests, and offshore support team.

Prepare support documents, functional specs MD50 for RICEW objects.

Responsible for testing solutions before migration to production

Responsible for training users either on-site or remotely

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst; with Oracle Financials modules experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Finance/Accounting

Experience working in Finance sector a plus

Experience with end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations

Hands-on experience with PO, AP, Tax (US), iExpense, Projects Costing

Experience on EBS is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders.
