Lead Oracle BSA – EBS R12

St Paul, MN

Open to direct hire or contract-to-hire

( $110,000 - $125,000 base salary range DOQ )

Our long-term client is looking to add a Lead Oracle BSA to their Enterprise Systems team.

This resource will need to be a proven Oracle BSA with lead-level experience / exposure.

Lots of upcoming integration and upgrade work on a global scale.

Techno-Functional Lead BA is ideal:

Oracle R12 EBS business analyst expertise within Finance Modules

GL, AP, AR, Tax, billing, project accounting,

Team Lead experience

Techno-functional experience

Comfortability with leading integration, implementation, upgrade conversations with execs, architects, internal/external stakeholders

Create use cases, project plans, defining business needs, analyzing business processes, design, troubleshoot,

SQL , PL/SQL

There are Oracle developers on team, but any hands-on experience or exposure is nice to have:

Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, scripting, Oracle Financial Analyzer, API, XML Publisher, Workflow Builder, web services, Oracle JDeveloper, OAF, etc.

This lead BA will be a "player / coach” – responsible for both rolling up the sleeves / producing as well as providing strategic / tactical leadership to the Oracle BA team.

Responsibilities include:

analysis and implementation of business systems processes, detailed requirements definition, system test scenario creation, system testing and systems design for Oracle EBS application environment.
