PRODUCT LEAD - BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

FULL-TIME POSITION

DALLAS, TX

THE POSITION:

ICS is looking for a Product Lead to join our client’s Reporting and Business Intelligence team in Dallas, TX!

This role will work cross-functionally with senior leaders from other business units and technology teams.

The candidate will ensure a strategic view for supporting present and new analytics products and improving current processes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Develop and maintain roadmap for Analytics Products and enhancements, and represent it for the product internally and externally

Manages and shapes analytics and reporting solutions, including functional and technical documentation, wireframing, and custom calculations, machine learning, decision science and cloud computing

Provide End User Training and documentation

Maintain Best practices guide for self service report development

Lead joint design sessions to drive requirements and build report mock-ups

Define user personas for individual products

Monitor utilization/user adoption and identifying improvements, "productizing " standard reporting developed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and analytics experience required.

Experience with work in an agile development model and experience transforming analytics components of organizations from waterfall to Agile methodologies

3+ years of experience with analytics tools, preferably Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, R

Experience with Apache Spark and Hadoop or development of is highly desired.

5+ years’ of hands-on technical experience in analytics, product management or program management

Healthcare knowledge is preferred
