Job description
The Systems Analyst is a full-time exempt position that will lead and coordinate internal resources, business partners and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
The successful candidate will oversee and manage the rollout of new platforms to support a growing service provider business; manage and maintain third party vendors platforms ensuring business objectives are met; evolve business processes, ensuring maximum efficiencies are obtained.
Job requirements
Key Accountabilities:
Lead and coordinate multiple cross functional and/or strategic projects including implementation, testing and quality assurance of new platforms
Lead and coordinate internal resources, business partners and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and internal user needs
Develop and own relationships with key stakeholders, working with them to optimize and enhance the sales tools, ordering processing and business processes
Work alongside internal Sales Operations, Product and Network Operations organizations to optimize system quality and operational efficiency
Develop in-depth awareness and familiarity with issues and events affecting internal Sales Operations,
Product and operational stakeholders
Design, document and maintain system processes
Define detailed configuration specifications and business analysis requirements to support effective
delivery of systems and projects
Identify common sources of technical issues or questions
Make recommendations to Sales Operations and operational teams
Proactively identify operations process improvements and execute changes to deliver value to internal customers
Manage third party platform vendors and implementation of features.
Manage and produce reports as required by the business
Provides front line support for inquiries, issues and requests related to third party platforms and systems owned.
Maintain regular communication with third party vendors
Perform all other duties as needed and assigned.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Business / Systems Analysis, IT Project Management or Quality
Assurance roles
Extensive experience with CRM, Billing, inventory and reporting systems required
Experience in managing hosted/cloud platform solutions (SaaS) for internal use for the company
Broad proven experience in eliciting requirements from business stakeholders, requirement
documentation, and system/user acceptance testing with vendors.
Strong track record of on time delivery of complex IT systems projects
Proven experience leading cross functional project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
Demonstrated experience working with relational databases, data manipulation, migration and conversion.
Microsoft Excel expert, proficient in SQL queries preferred
Experience with software development and agile development process desirable
Extensive report generating capacities
Experience in generating process documentation
Experience with ITIL standards is a plus
Strong Microsoft Office and Visio skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing
Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines preferred
Strong knowledge of Telecommunications service provider services and platforms is preferred
Current Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
