Job Description As a Lead Recruiter you will be responsible for full end-to-end recruitment and team management. A successful Lead Recruiter at Infinity Consulting Solutions is both a manager and a direct contributor, both recruiting on open roles while delegating job coverage and managing the recruiting process for a team. At ICS, our Lead Recruiters are critical to the growth of our business and providing the best experiences in the industry.
