Job Description

ICS is partnered with a world-leader in the materials industry, whose design and material manufacturing are redefining industry standards.

We are seeking an ambitious, self-starter who demonstrates attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and strong communication skills (both written and verbal.)

This individual will be part of a dynamic team to support company growth.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

Responsibilities

G/L activity posting, reconciliation, and maintenance of subsidiary ledgers

Proactively monitor cash activity, initiate wires, cut checks

Perform accurately and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial close

Document current processes and recommend improvement in processes

Provide complete and timely documentation to external auditors for quarterly and year-end audits

Create and implement cost accounting procedures to ensure proper movement of inventory- related costs

Perform daily accounting functions including Fixed Asset reporting, budget versus actual expense reporting, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow statement preparation

Support financial public filings

Create and present reports to senior management

Requirements

6-10 years of corporate manufacturing accounting experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Certified Public Accountant

Experience working with top tier external auditors

Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Proficient with Enterprise Resource Planning systems

Cost accounting or experience in manufacturing industry
