Client Implementation Analyst

What does a Client Implementation Analyst do?

Industries that rely heavily on technology or are going through changes that incorporate increasing technological demands are those most likely to employ implementation analysts, as these industries typically have the most turnover for software and technology functions.

Position Brief:

We are looking for a Client Implementation Analyst to specialize in facilitating the deployment of new software and/or other new business functions across an organization; this includes testing, documentation, and teaching new users.

Additionally, this position involves tracking and reporting on this new system and its implementation, which may be a single transition or continuous upgrades.

Responsibilities:

Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.

Build custom implementation plans for clients; create and maintain documentation and deliverables to assist clients with transitioning to the software

Manage the implementation process until Go-Live; proactively keep clients engaged and informed; identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks with internal coordination amongst different business functions including Sales, Product, Dev/QA and Operations.

Develop long-term relationships with assigned clients, connecting with key business and technology
executives and stakeholders.

Manage multiple implementations, while maintaining on-time deliverables

Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.

Provide communications such as go-live notices, support documentation and operational checklists to internal and external audiences.

Assess requirements for software utilization and discuss any software customization requirements with development teams.

Lead complex implementations, from conception through completion

Manage and facilitate the transition of new business, effectively, accurately, and timely

Ensure customer satisfaction during implementation

Develop and build client business relationships by delivering a positive on-boarding experience

Manage the overall client implementation

Understand technical concepts and be able to communicate those to the clients and other stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with the customer on technology strategy, project management, requirements, design, testing, and implementation to provide systems solutions and coordinate overall delivery of technology
services.

Other duties and projects as requested by management.

Qualifications/Skills:

BS/BA in computer science, business or related field required.

Strong computer experience in MSWord, EXCEL, Outlook, etc.

Ability to work well under pressure by efficiently prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet performance expectations and deadlines.

Demonstrated superior customer service skills.

Excellent ability to train and/or present to all levels of an organization both in small and large groups.

Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrate strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Maintain a professional, businesslike image to clients, visitors, internal staff and the public.

Knowledge of technology, network infrastructure & interface requirements associated with software integrations a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and observational skills in order to assess trainee's understanding and progress.

Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Self-motivated and team oriented.
