Job Description

Technical Lead

12+ month contract

Eden Prairie, MN

Position Requirements:

5+ years of experience working on an IT or dedicated application development team

3+ years of experience in a lead level role

5+ years of working in an IT environment with a solid understanding of SDLC methodologies in delivering
projects/programs

5+ years of experience working with technology implementations of varying sizes

3+ years of IT project/delivery management

Must be comfortable working on projects for multiple clients simultaneously

Must have the ability to create and maintain relevant project documentation that provides evidence and supports project health indicators including: project plan and milestone schedule, change management process, resource planning, risk mitigation plan(s), project budget, and status reporting.

Must have experience working with both onshore and offshore development teams

Must have experience being the voice of a project team and be comfortable working directly with business project managers that work directly with clients

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST

Must have experience working in an Agile/Scum environment

Must have a background in Software Development (.Net or Java)

Make hands-on positive impact on overall IT delivery, working with IT teams on a daily basis to ensure delivery is staying on track for clients

Looking for someone with prior experience implementing large scale IT development programs or other large program implementations in a technology driven organization

Will be responsible for accurate and timely IT delivery planning, metrics reporting, including scrum metrics, and related financial tracking

Must have experience leading daily stand up meetings and ensuring alignment is there between the development/delivery team(s) and the business/client facing teams.
