ACCOUNTANT
Santa Ana, CA
ICS is hiring a Junior Accountant to join our Client's growing team in Santa Ana, CA.
What You'll Do:
Balance sheet and Income Statement reviews.
Prepare journal entries, reconcile ledger accounts and perform fluctuation analysis.
Prepare quarterly reporting schedules.
Plays key role in monthly close process.
Perform account analysis to assist with ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Skills/Experience You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA or CPA candidate desired but not required
2+ years of Accounting experience.
Experience working with foreign subsidiaries is preferred.
Ability to develop prioritization plans, organize, and accomplish your work within your own remote work environment.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Expierience with interpretation and application of accounting principles and practices under U.S. GAAP.
Knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office. Strong Excel skills required.
Large ERP Software experience, Oracle preferred.
Hyperion experience preferred.
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking by calling out assumptions and identifying root cause
