Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the roadmap and backlog for one or more Agile teams, working with various stakeholders, project managers and engineering leads.

Primary point of contact for the teams’ roadmap and delivery. This includes creating Epics, Features,
Stories, developing metrics driven Acceptance Criteria and performing user acceptance testing.

Lead solution design and implementation working technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes product and technology requirement definition, incremental delivery planning, solution oversight, as well as rollout, adoption, and post-adoption improvements.

Contribute, support, and implement best practices around technology management.

Advocate and coordinate quality-oriented mindset, reusability, research, and review industry practices related to building, launching, maintaining, and improving modern web applications.

Skills

5+ years in a lead role with planning responsibilities and engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

3+ years related to either content management systems, eLearning platforms or ecommerce/CRM platforms

3+ years’ experience converting business needs to actionable plans

3+ years’ working with customers to build and formulate business requirements.

Experience leading conversations between non-technical and technical folk.

Experience conveying business and technical concepts in verbal and written form to technical and non-technical audiences

Strong understanding of software development and agile practices as related to work coordination, story writing, acceptance criteria, as well as dependency and deployment management.

Big Pluses / Nice to have

Scrum/Agile certification

Continuous integration and deployment experience

Amazon AWS Cloud experience
