Currently looking for a Helpdesk Support to sit onsite at a major lawfirm downtown Houston. This will be a contract to hire position after 6 months. Mon-Fri: 8:30am-5:00pm All candidates to be considered must have prior legal experience! This position will start remotely for right now until COVID regulations allows employees back fully onsite. Solid Interpersonal skills a must as the role will be working with end users on a daily basis Experience supporting Office Applications ( MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ) a must Experience with Office 365 Online Exchange & Azure Active Directory management a must Experience with iManage (document management software) a must Experience with Veeam (backup software) a nice to have Experience with Mimecast (email filter/archive software) a nice to have Experience with Coyote (accounting software) a nice to have Experience with Rapid Fire Tools (network discovery / documentation software) a nice to have Experience with Connectwise Tools (RMM/PSA software) a nice to have Experience with IT Glue (IT Environment documentation software) a nice to have
