ICS (Infinity Consulting Solutions) is seeking a talented Project Coordintaor / Business Systems Analyst for one of our financial clients.
Job Description
This position will serve as a business systems consultant within the Platform Management Team (PMT) for the Consumer & Small Business Banking Technology (CSBBT).
Primary role is to represent the team across the organization in major project planning efforts, specifically for the E2E Automation project, with the ability to identify gaps or issues, recommend opportunity areas, and determine potential timing and sequencing of deliverables. Job functions for this role are:
Acts as a liaison between partner area and PMT by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
This includes, but is not limited to, automation, patching, and other related activities.
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
This includes identifying client specifications, providing production hand-off documentation, and process documentation.
Works with all technology teams to provide status updates, assess project needs, and to recommend solutions to complex technology matters.
Ensures all technology changes meet standards of quality, compliance, security, and soundness.
Qualifications
5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
3+ years of technical project coordinator experience
3+ years of customer relationship management experience
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of project coordination: scheduling using MS Project, advanced MS Excel skills, experience using MS SharePoint
Knowledge and understanding of Visio diagrams
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
Outstanding problem solving skills
